The purpose of our classification is to help buyers and users of paper scanners to better understand the technological requirements that influence organizational effectiveness and productivity when choosing a document scanner.

Low volume paper scanners have a rated speed of 15 to 40 pages per minute and are designed for workflow volumes of 500 to 2000 documents per day.
